Markus Bachmayr Passed His Doctoral Exam

Markus Bachmayr received his Bachelor Degree in Technical Mathematics and his Master Degree in Industrial Mathematics from Johannes Kepler Universität Linz in Austria. He started as an AICES fellow in May 2008, working on his thesis "Adaptive Low-Rank Wavelet Methods and Applications to Two-Electron Schrödinger Equations“, advised by Prof. Karen Veroy-Grepl and Prof. Wolfgang Dahmen.
