AICES Welcomes RISE Students from the US

For the second time, the AICES Graduate School welcomed six RISE students from the United States.

The Research Internships in Science and Engineering Program (RISE) offers unique opportunities for Bachelor students to work with research groups at universities and top research institutions across Germany for a period of 2 to 3 months during the summer. Thus, Tina Chen, Zhongwu Shi, Stephanie Raulston, Nicholas Olszowy, Benjamin Taylor, and Kunhe Chen work with AICES doctoral candidates, who serve as their mentors.

The participants come from six different universities, namely from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), University of Rochester, University of Tennessee, University of Virginia, Michigan State University as well as University of California.
