Professor Marek Behr, head of the Chair for Computational Analysis of Technical Systems is the 2010 Winner of the "Famos for Family Award." He was nominated for the award by colleagues and is selected by the ESB office (Eltern-Service Büros) of RWTH Aachen University for his engagement: "His chair is a great example of high-performing science and family-friendlyness." Since the establishment of the chair in 2004, Prof. Marek Behr has worked to provide family-friendly working conditions and promote a healthy work-life balance.
